Basketball 101: Drink Plenty Of Water

As silly as this may sound, though it’s an very important idea. Research has shown that on the average you need 8 glass of water a day. I know as an athlete how import drinking water was when playing sports. But, not only is drinking water and plenty of it important in the sports, but also important in the Life. I see to many people with health problems or other problems and something as simple as drinking water could help, but what do we do….we go out and drink Coke or Pepsi. Through my experience that I have learned drinking plenty of water is a helpful hint to life.
