Jump over hurdles drill:

In the jump over hurdles drill take five hurdles, between them ca. 3 feets distance (your feet, not the american dimension unit!). Height of the hurdles ca. 70 cm, later you should jump over 90 cm. Jump without pause between the hurdles. Fast contact with your feet on the underground!
After five jumps, you go back and start without pause again. Repeat the jumps five times. Then make a pause of 4 – 5min, and start again. Series: 3! After two weeks 4. So you will make in the first to weeks on a training day 75 jumps over the hurdles, later 100.
