believe in teammates

If you’re a part of a team, and which many are rather you realize it or not. If you’re a part of a team rather sports, company, and even families are teams. You must believe in your teammates. You must believe when you pass them the ball they are going to score. You must believe when you pass on your spreadsheet they are going to add and build and help to the cause. When we stop believing in each other as a team then ultimately we are not a team anymore. So we have to believe in each other knowing that the next person is going to do the best job possible that they can do.
