good players work hard rather the coach/boss is watching or not

We need to work not matter who is watching. We need to have the work ethic that is consistent in our lifestyles that we are working hard not matter who is watching us we are working at the same level each and everyday. Remember, God is always watching and he is the real person you should be working for. Just remember some of the most successful people and players are those who work hard all the time not matter who is watching
