Is the next step of a good habitats. Repetition is what you do over and over and over to make good habitats. Here is an example of good habitats with repetition, the person that wants to loose wait, but already after the first two days of going to the gym and there muscles are sore and its hard to did it they take a day of and say they will do twice as hard the following day. Repetition is meant to do over and over so we can learn good habitats in our life style. Just like the person that has a problem of leaving work right at 4:00 when they say the day is over. Or the college student that puts off the homework until later that night and then it comes easier to put I off until tomorrow morning. But, when we start doing things over and over then they become good habitats.
