The old saying don’t run and hide from what’s brothering you has more truth then what we give it. The only way to solve the problem with someone is going straight to that person. Talking to others, talking to family, or talking to anyone but the person that you have the confrontation is not solving the problem. If you have a problem with your husband or your wife you go them and solve the problem. If your having a problem with a co-worker then you go to that next person. Don’t wait until tomorrow or the next day. You confront the problem and confrontation head on with that person as soon as possible. “Verse”
