box jumps

First in the box jumps you are standing on the high box, your body must be straight and then you jump to the underground, and jump on the low box.
You´re feet (toe ?) are not allowed to hang up. You have ca. 90 degrees in your ankle. Do the box
jumps in a series: 10. Series: 3, Pause between the series: 3 min

Okay now in the box jumps you need five of them. You will start with low boxes, after four weeks of doing these box jumps you should try on higher boxes. I hope, you will have a gym or a sportshalle in your neighbourhood, where you can use box jumps.
The same procedure as every time: You make no pause between the five jumps in this box jump drill. Go back to start and repeat the box jumps for 5 times. Series: 5. Pause between the series: 2 min.
