Put both of your arms strait up in the air and lock them so they dont bend. Then tap the ball back and forth with your fingertips. Do this for about 2 and a half minutes. Then when you get good doing this, you can start moving the ball at eye level then the waist, knees, and even your ankles.
Basketball Handling Drill #4 Tip - Keep your head up at all times during this drill, and push yourself. It's going to start burning after a while, but keep trying to improve and do it longer and longer! |
