speed drill #1
line drill
This line drill is for basketball conditioning where you jump over a line as quickly as possible. Starting of with two feet jumps just side to side over a line, a crack, or anything that you want.
two feet jumps front and back
one foot jumps side to side
The line drill one cross over jump is when you start two with both feet on one side of the line, and then crossing over as quickly as possible. So say you start on the left side on the line with both feet, then you take your left leg over your right and over the line. Then when you hit on the left side of the line with your left foot you go back over crossing your right foot over to the right side. The line drill is hard work, but it's a goodie!
Criss Cross
The line drill criss cross is where you start with left foot on the left of the line, and the right foot on the right side. That's how you start, but then after so you switch sides, jumping and putting your left foot on the right side, and then your right foot on the left side. Then you jump back into starting possible the left foot on the left side and right foot on the right side. Then do it again, but this time switching foot positions the opposite the way you did before. So if you put the right foot in front now put it in the back. If you have any questions let me me know I will be more willing to help you out! But, I hope I described good enough! The line drill is very good speed drill, good for footwork, and these are good basketball conditioning drills.
